Driven by a passion for understanding the intricacies of human biology and a deep desire to make a positive impact on healthcare, I am a dedicated pre-medical student with a strong academic foundation and a diverse range of experiences. My journey has been enriched by research in the Delco Lab, where I explored the potential of mitochondrial dysfunction as a biomarker for post-traumatic osteoarthritis. Through my clinical experiences at Derm & Rejuvenation Institute and Dr. Robert Gazmarian's office, I have gained invaluable insights into the patient-physician dynamic and the complexities of orthopedic care.
Beyond my academic pursuits, I am committed to serving my community. As a volunteer at Cedars-Sinai and Travonde, I have had the opportunity to connect with patients and seniors, providing compassionate care and support. My experiences as a yoga and Pilates instructor have fostered my ability to build meaningful relationships and empower others to achieve their health goals.
I am excited to continue my academic journey and pursue a career in medicine, where I can leverage my knowledge and skills to improve the lives of others. My passion for healthcare, coupled with my dedication to service and my strong academic foundation, makes me eager to embark on the next chapter of my journey: becoming a compassionate and skilled physician who can positively impact the health and well-being of my community.
Anything related to a person's wellbeing piques my interest. Currently, what holds my interest are the
socioeconomic drivers of health.

I am always learning, always wanting to know more about the human body everyday.
From food to medicine, I love discovering and sharing the little things that change life for the better. I hope my knowledge and my work improve
the quality of life for others.
What is the Body&Life podcast?
The Body&Life Podcast is a podcast that I started to talk about reconnecting back to our true selves, to nature, and to start harnessing the energy of the universe. It is about cultivating our best selves, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, through a holistic journey of health and wellness. However, I plan to expand the topics to discuss more about the various influences on our health, like community, income, stress, and access to healthcare.
